Caballo Rojo is a female owned and Latina founded coffee roasting company with a mission to create great coffee and have a positive community impact. Caballo Rojo is an ode to co-owner Gabi's late grandfather who operated a coffee roasting company in Venezuela in the late 60s, under the same name. Gabi and her business partner Addie are committed to continuing to build direct trade relationships with coffee farmers, and positively impacting the coffee industry!
