Agua y Miel translates to "water and honey," which is also how this coffee is processed. Enjoy our first organic honey processed decaf coffee from Caballo Rojo.

Recommended brewing method: Drip, Pour Over, Aeropress

Roaster's Note: The pure water used to decaffeinate the coffee is unique in that it comes from Pico de Orizaba in Mexico. This process gets rid of the need to use chemicals to decaffeinate the coffee.
