Roaster's Note: Here at Little Waves, we jokingly call Amor Prohibido 'the Cocoa favorite' in a nod to our Cocoa Cinnamon cafes and its sweet, chocolatey profile. Amor also works perfectly in milk-based beverages, which help bring out its big candy-sweet notes.
