Roaster's Note: Considered the 2nd largest region producing the nation's coffee Alajuela is located towards the Northern-Central region of Costa Rica and is known for its steep slopes. With the majority of the coffee grown and harvested at 1,300-1,600 meters. This natural coffee will have more of a syrupy body with much more fruit character; berries, citrus, grape.
