Roaster's Note: Bubble Gum comes from the Jardines El Edén Farm which started almost 40 years ago with Elmer Restrepo. Elmer started by dry milling coffee which is where he ultimately learned every other aspect of the coffee process.  Elmer's son Juan Felipe now runs the farm. Juan is really into creating various unique processes in coffee. This Bubble Gum is just one of many naturals that he and his crew have created on the 150 hectares of farm they have in Chinchina.
