This sweet and buttery coffee is perfect for Spring time drinking.

Tasting notes of rose petals, almond florentine, and we also tasted notes of cherry.

  • Light-medium roast
  • Produced in Mataquescuintla, Guatemala by the Rodriguez Family
  • Washed
  • 10.9 oz

Recommended brewing method: Drip, Pour Over, Aeropress, Cold Brew

Roaster's Note: The first time we met the Rodriguez family, Lillian, her two daughters Sabrina and Katherine, and her granddaughter Scarlett came to our roastery with a sample of their coffee that they had imported to the US. The red bourbon is grown at a very high elevation in a small community which her husband David grew up in. Not only do the Rodriguez family grow sweet and delicious coffee, but the work they do to help the community is inspiring. Sabrina along with a close friend of the family use their skills as dental hygienists to offer free teeth cleanings to all of the children in the community. Last year they were able to provide dental care to over 100 kiddos, and they plan to grow the program even more.
