Roaster's note: "Victoria" is a tribute to all the challenges we have achieved as a company to be where we are after the odds were against us. We made it here, and this is our "Victoria," which means victory in english. Judith, from Finca La Poderosa, has lived surrounded by coffee plantations since she was born. Together with her husband and children, Judith works day by day on her land. Her goal is to leave a legacy to her children and grandchildren so that they may continue to dedicate themselves to coffee.

Diana and her family, from Finca La Orquídea, are 3 and 4 generation coffee growers in the village of Paicol Huila. Despite knowing and working coffee since they were children, it was not until 1998 that they could buy a piece of land to make it their own and form their coffee farm as a company.
