The Moka Pot is a stovetop brewing method. Simple to use once you get the hang of it, and can make a delicious cup if done right.
1. Fill the bottom chamber with water up to the line or right under the pressure chamber
2. Use fine ground coffee and fill the weighted valve leaving just a bit of room at the top to allow for better extraction. (40g or 1 1/2 oz of coffee)
3. Screw the top on and place the Moka Pot on the stove over medium heat. Keep the lid open and once you see the coffee bubbling through, turn the heat off.
4. Quickly remove the Moka Pot from the heat source, and serve.
