Tasting notes of caramel, orange, bright fruit, and we also got notes of milk chocolate.

Roaster's Note: This lot comes from a family run business that started in 1890's. Not a cooperative by name, but this family has worked with small producers all over the central region of El Salvador, extending from the San Salvador Volcano to the west on the “Cordillera del Balsamo” all the way to Comasagua, Talnique, and Jayaque.
